A Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed a comfortable stay in a clean, accessible queen room. The kitchenette was convenient, but remember to bring your own dishes and utensils! A clearer note on this would be helpful. Great location for exploring the Tri-Cities, just be aware of breakfast ordering procedures.

Had a pretty good time here, the housekeepers did great work keeping our room clean and tidy. The bed was super comfortable and even had a recliner, perfect for winding down after a long day.

Room had a nice kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, stovetop, and coffee maker. Bed was super comfy and there were good quality pillows. Bathrooms were super clean and well-maintained. The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was helpful and made the stay pleasant.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a great kitchenette, which was perfect for traveling with kids. Dulce at the front desk provided exceptional service, truly enhancing our experience. However, I was disappointed by the lack of cookware and dishes, which limited the kitchenette's functionality. Additionally, the coffee situation was not convenient, as we only received a single pack for two coffee drinkers. Still, the homemade pastries available in the lounge were a delightful treat.

I loved how convenient it was to stroll to Chiawana Park for a relaxing afternoon and grab a quick bite at Dutch Bros Coffee just around the corner, making my weekend trip so enjoyable and easy.

I checked in on a busy Saturday, and Liz at the front desk was super friendly. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but I ran into some issues. The kitchen was equipped with a stove and a full-size fridge, but I was disappointed that there were no utensils or cookware unless I bought them in the lobby store. There’s no complimentary breakfast, which I expected, and coffee was only available once during my three-night stay. The laundry facilities were nice to have, but I felt bad for another guest since the machines were being used by the hotel. I also noticed that housekeeping only came on request, and I would have liked daily fresh towels. The location was convenient near restaurants and the TRAC center. Overall, a comfortable stay but definitely some areas for improvement in customer service and amenities.
